§ 1453f. Deber de aprobar constitución y reglamento

Todo representante exclusivo que en el momento en que es certificado tendrá que haber promulgado una constitución y un reglamento para sus miembros estableciendo los principios fundamentales dentro de los cuales funcionará. La constitución y el reglamento de todas las organizaciones sindicales deberán cumplir con todo lo dispuesto en este capítulo.
