§ 1451u. Prohibición—Representar empleados encargados de la protección y seguridad pública

Los empleados de la Defensa Civil, el Departamento de Corrección y Rehabilitación y los empleados civiles de la Policía, no podrán tener como representantes exclusivos a organizaciones sindicales con filiales en el sector privado de la economía.
