§ 1451r. Prohibición—Realizar cierres forzosos

Se prohibe efectuar un cierre forzoso total o parcial, temporero o permanente, con el propósito de forzar al representante exclusivo a llegar a un acuerdo en la negociación del convenio colectivo o con el propósito de ejercer presión indebida sobre los empleados, o como represalia por alguna actuación del representante exclusivo o de los empleados que forman parte de la unidad apropiada.
