§ 1451n. Negociación de convenios colectivos—Procedimiento en caso de no ratificación

(a) En caso de que los empleados no ratifiquen un convenio colectivo, el mismo será nuevamente sometido a las partes para negociaciones adicionales. Una vez las partes hayan llegado a nuevos acuerdos, se procederá conforme a la sec. 1451m de este título.
