§ 55. Derechos a cobrar, en general—Personas exentas de pago

A ningún miembro de la Asamblea Legislativa o funcionario del Gobierno de Puerto Rico se le cargará nada por la busca de antecedentes de asuntos relacionados con sus oficinas; ni se le cargarán en tales casos derechos ningunos por darle copias certificadas de cualquier ley o acuerdo votado por la Asamblea Legislativa.
