La dirección del Archivo estará a cargo del Archivero General quién será nombrado por el Director Ejecutivo del Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña. Su nombramiento estará sujeto a las disposiciones de la Ley de Personal del Servicio Público de Puerto Rico.
