Las disposiciones de este capítulo se aplicarán a todas las corporaciones públicas del Estado Libre Asociado, a menos que lo impida alguna disposición contenida en sus respectivas leyes orgánicas o en los acuerdos relacionados con las donaciones o préstamos de fondos.
