La Junta de Preferencia para Compras de las Agencias del Gobierno Estatal creada bajo la Ley de Preferencia hará disponible para todas las diferentes dependencias, oficinas y entidades del Estado Libre Asociado y para las Juntas de Subastas una lista de los materiales de construcción manufacturados en Puerto Rico.
