§ 428. Negociado de Minas—Reglamentación

El Secretario de Transportación y Obras Públicas estará facultado para adoptar cualesquiera reglas y reglamentos que fueren necesarios para el orden interior del Negociado de Minas o para llevar a cabo las disposiciones de las secs. 111 a 180 del Título 28, y que no se opongan a las disposiciones de las mismas. Tales reglas, después de aprobadas por el Gobernador y de haber sido promulgadas, tendrán fuerza de ley.
