§ 425. Negociado de Minas—Creación

Por la presente se faculta al Secretario de Transportación y Obras Públicas para establecer un Negociado que se denominará “Negociado de Minas” que estará adscrito al Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas y funcionará bajo la dirección del Secretario de Transportación y Obras Públicas.
