§ 341k. Separación de examinadores y abogados del interés público

El Secretario mantendrá separadas, la unidad de examinadores y la de los abogados del interés público. En caso de resultar necesario realizar transferencias de personal entre una y otra unidad las personas envueltas en la transferencia no participarán en casos en los cuales hayan intervenido anteriormente en otra capacidad.
