§ 341i. Examinadores; vistas administrativas

- El Secretario designará un cuerpo de examinadores cuya función será la de presidir las vistas administrativas que se celebren por el Departamento, tanto las de naturaleza cuasi legislativa como las de naturaleza cuasi judicial.
- Los examinadores rendirán un informe al Secretario o al funcionario que éste designe a tenor con el inciso (d) de la sec. 341e de este título sobre los resultados de cada vista administrativa llevada a cabo y someterán sus recomendaciones.
