§ 311a. Administradores Individuales

El Departamento del Trabajo y Recursos Humanos y los componentes operacionales que se adscriben bajo este Plan ostentarán el status de Administradores Individuales, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las secs. 1461 et seq. de este título, conocidas como “Ley para la Administración de los Recursos Humanos en el Servicio Público”.
