§ 8937. Aportaciones—Empleados

Las aportaciones de los empleados al Programa podrá servir de colateral, hasta la totalidad de la cantidad acumulada, para garantizar préstamos que los empleados puedan tomar con instituciones financieras. El Administrador, en coordinación con el Banco Gubernamental de Fomento para Puerto Rico, adoptará aquellas medidas necesarias para viabilizar este uso de las aportaciones al Programa.
