§ 8808. Prácticas ilícitas

La adopción de cualquier medida autorizada por este capítulo, ya sea por la JREF, OGP, el BGF, la ORHELA, las agencias, sus autoridades nominadoras, el Gobernador o por cualquiera de los representantes de éstos, no constituirá una violación a los convenios colectivos existentes. Tampoco constituirá una práctica ilícita.
