§ 6. Destitución de funcionarios

El Gobernador tendrá facultad para separar a cualquier funcionario que hubiere nombrado, con excepción de aquellos cuya destitución se disponga en alguna otra forma por la Constitución; podrá declarar vacante el cargo y cubrirlo en la forma prescrita por la ley.
