Los gastos de funcionamiento relacionados con los propósitos de las secs. 12 a 15 de este título serán sufragados durante el año fiscal 1953-54 y en años sucesivos de los fondos que se asignen al Negociado de Presupuesto en la Ley de Presupuesto Funcional.
