§ 876. Facultades para reglamentar—Funciones de la Administración

Se faculta a la Administración de Reglamentos y Permisos a que, previa consulta con el Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor, adopte las reglas y reglamentos que estime necesarios para el fiel cumplimiento de las funciones que le han sido asignadas en las secs. 871 a 879 de este título.
