§ 863. Satisfacción de obligación como asegurador

En los casos en que la Agencia tenga que satisfacer la responsabilidad asumida como asegurador de hipotecas relacionada con la adquisición de solares, efectuará el pago correspondiente en bonos sin garantía hipotecaria (debenture bonds) o en efectivo, de dineros depositados en el Fondo o en una combinación de ambas, a ser determinada por el Secretario.
