§ 407. Oficina principal y dependencias

La oficina principal de la Fundación estará en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Podrán establecerse dependencias a esta oficina en otros sitios de la Isla, cuando la Junta de Directores lo considere necesario y en aquellos sitios que sean aprobados por dicha Junta.
