§ 9802n. Incentivos para la retención de maestros de difícil reclutamiento

El Secretario establecerá por reglamento, un sistema de incentivos para retener en el salón de clases a los maestros mejor cualificados y de mayor rendimiento en las áreas de difícil reclutamiento. Los incentivos podrán ser licencias para estudios en estas áreas, bonificaciones y otras distinciones que destaquen la valía del maestro y la labor docente.
