Enactment.  Chapter 81 was added July 18, 2007 (P.L.169, No.44), effective immediately and retroactiveto July 1, 2007.

Prior Provisions.  Chapter 81 (Subchapters A and B) was added August 5, 1991 (P.L.238, No.26), and repealedNovember 24, 1992 (P.L.725, No.109), effective in 60 days. The subject matter is nowcontained in Chapter 89 of Title 75 (relating to Pennsylvania Turnpike).
