Enactment.  Chapter 15 was added July 18, 2007, P.L.169, No.44, effective immediately and retroactiveto July 1, 2007.

Prior Provisions.  Former Chapter 15, which related to metropolitan transportation authorities, was addedAugust 5, 1991, P.L.238, No.26, and repealed February 10, 1994, P.L.20, No.3, effectiveimmediately. The subject matter is now contained in Chapter 17.
