Enactment.  Chapter 24 was added November 4, 2016, P.L.1222, No.164, effective immediately.

Prior Provisions.  Former Chapter 24, which related to taxicabs in first class cities, was added April4, 1990, P.L.93, No.21, and repealed July 16, 2004, P.L.758, No.94, effective March12, 2005. The subject matter is now contained in Chapter 57 of Title 53 (MunicipalitiesGenerally).
