Enactment. Chapter 35 was added July 9, 1976, P.L.586, No.142, generally effective 60 days fromthe date of final enactment of the act of April 28, 1978, P.L.202, No.53. Provisionsrelating to budgeting and financial matters are effective with respect to fiscal yearscommencing on or after July 1, 1978, as to political subdivisions, and with respectto fiscal years commencing July 1, 1977, in all other cases.
