Enactment.  Chapter 15 was added October 30, 2017, P.L.774, No.46, effective in 60 days. Section2 of Act 46 provided that the regulations under 7 Pa. Code §§ 111.22 (relating toprohibited noxious weed seeds) and 111.23 (relating to restricted noxious weed seeds)are abrogated insofar as they are inconsistent with the addition of Chapter 15.
