Enactment. Chapter 43 was added October 30, 1985, P.L.264, No.66, effective in 90 days.
Saved from Suspension. Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure No. 1910.49, adopted November 7, 1988, providedthat Chapter 43 shall not be deemed suspended or affected by Rules 1910.1 through1910.31 governing actions for support.
