Supplementary Provisions of Amendatory Statutes

§ 3. Severability.
The provisions of this act are severable. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
Explanatory Note. Act 45 amended or added sections 202 and 208 of Title 26.
§ 4. Applicability.
The following provisions shall apply to a condemnation for which a declaration of taking is filed after December 31, 2017:
(1) The addition of the definitions of "conservation easement" and "open space benefits" in 26 Pa.C.S. § 202.
(2) The addition of 26 Pa.C.S. § 208.
