AN ACT
Amending the act of May 21, 2013 (P.L.32, No.10), entitled "An act establishing the Community-Based Health Care Program in the Department of Health; and providing for hospital health clinics and for limitations," in health care assistance, further providing for Community-Based Health Care Program.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 111(b.1) of the act of May 21, 2013 (P.L.32, No.10), known as the Community-Based Health Care Act, is amended to read:
Section 111. Community-Based Health Care Program.

[(b.1) Limitation.--No more than 25% of the grants awarded under subsection (b) may go to federally qualified health centers as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. § 1396d(l)(2)(B)) or federally qualified health center look-alikes.]

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
