Section 7382 - Definitions

§ 7382. Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Agency." The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.
"Commissioner." The State Fire Commissioner.
"Committee." The Fire Safety Advisory Committee.
