Section 3323 - Commitment after trial

§ 3323. Commitment after trial. A defendant sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of a borough ordinance may be committed to:
(1) the borough correctional facility for up to ten days; or
(2) a county correctional facility for up to 30 days.
