§ 2462. Notice and failure to make required connection. An owner shall be given at least 45 days' notice of any ordinance requiring a water connection, and, upon failure of the owner to make the required connection, the borough may make the connection and collect the cost from the owner by a municipal claim or in an action of assumpsit. All connections required shall be uniform.
