§ 57A15. Driver credentials. A transportation network company shall issue a digital credential to all transportation network company drivers engaged by the company which shall be displayed as part of the company's digital network. The digital credential shall include a photograph of the driver and the make, model and license plate number of the driver's personal vehicle.
