§ 57A06. License enforcement. The authority shall have the power to initiate a regulatory enforcement action against any licensee or person holding themselves out to be a licensee through the process provided under section 5705(a) (relating to contested complaints) and regulations promulgated by the authority providing for the form and process of an enforcement action.
