§ 2105. Powers and duties. The Judicial Conduct Board shall exercise the powers and perform the duties vested in and imposed upon the board by section 18 of Article V of the Constitution of Pennsylvania and Chapter 33 (relating to discipline, removal and retirement of judicial officers) and any other powers and duties vested in and imposed upon the board by law.
