Title 33 - FRAUDS, STATUTE OF
A program of codification and compilation of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania began in 1970 with the enactment of the act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, which established the structure of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to be implemented from time to time by future legislative enactments. To date, this title has not been implemented by any legislative enactments. Thus, statutory material relating to the subject of this title remains in uncodified form and may be found by reference to the particular statute or statutes containing the provisions desired.
