§ 5903. International application of chapter. A court of this Commonwealth may treat a foreign country as if it were a state for the purpose of applying this subchapter and Subchapters B (relating to jurisdiction), C (relating to transfer of guardianship or conservatorship) and E (relating to miscellaneous provisions).
