§ 3053. Appropriate implementation for minor victims of human trafficking. The provision of services to a minor victim of human trafficking by the Commonwealth or by any institution or person established or licensed by the Commonwealth shall be carried out in a manner that is in the best interest of the minor and appropriate to the particular situation.
