22 PA Cons Stat § 3716 (2014) What's This?

§ 3716. Costs. In addition to any fines, fees or other penalties levied or imposed under this chapter or any other statute, a cost of $50 shall be imposed upon conviction for any violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5511 (relating to cruelty to animals) other than a summary offense. Costs collected under this section shall be disposed of in accordance with section 3717 (relating to disposition of moneys). Cross References. Section 3716 is referred to in section 3717 of this title.
