Section 3318 - Disposition of commission receipts

     § 3318.  Disposition of commission receipts.
        All fees, civil penalties, forfeitures and other moneys
     collected under this chapter and the regulations of the
     commission shall be paid into the Athletic Commission
     Augmentation Account.
