Section 3317 - Exemption from registration and bonding requirement

     § 3317.  Exemption from registration and bonding requirement.
        (a)  Immediate family members.--Athlete agents who are
     representing an immediate family member are exempt from the
     provisions of this chapter.
        (b)  Definition.--As used in this section, the term
     "immediate family" means a spouse, parent, sibling, son,
     daughter or grandparent.
