        2005 Repeal Note.  Part II (Chapters 11 - 13) was added July
     7, 2005, P.L.201, No.44, and repealed November 16, 2005,
     P.L.385, No.72, effective immediately. Similar subject matter is
     now contained in the act of September 30, 1983, P.L.160, No.39,
     known as the Public Official Compensation Law.
