Section 6123 - Investment of funds

     § 6123.  Investment of funds.
        Any statute to the contrary notwithstanding, funds of any
     hospital plan corporation, equal to its reserves, shall be
     invested in compliance with the requirements of law for the
     investment of the capital and reserves of life insurance
     companies. The funds of any such corporation, equal to its
     surplus, shall be invested in compliance with the requirements
     of law for the investment of the surplus of life insurance
     companies.
