Section 326 - Limitation on regulatory jurisdiction

     § 326.  Limitation on regulatory jurisdiction.
        The commission shall have no regulatory jurisdiction over the
     program whereby the Department of Environmental Protection
     sprays Bacillus thuringiensis israeliensis (Bti) on Commonwealth
     waters for control of blackfly.

        1996 Amendment.  Act 185 added section 326.
