Enactment. Chapter 2 was added May 4, 2006, P.L.112, No.34,
effective in 120 days and May 4, 2006, P.L.148, No.35, effective
in 120 days.
Applicability. Section 3(a) of Act 35 of 2006 provided that
Act 35 shall apply to the exercise of the power of eminent
domain on or after the effective date of section 3.
§ 201. Short title of chapter.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Property
Rights Protection Act.
