Section 9352 - Expiration of chapter
§ 9352. Expiration of chapter. This chapter shall expire five years after the date of the enactment of this chapter, except with respect to any matters pending before an independent counsel that in the judgment of the independent counsel require continuation. Matters shall be continued until the independent counsel determines the matters are completed. |
