Section 9336 - Dismissal of matters

     § 9336.  Dismissal of matters.
        The independent counsel shall have full authority to dismiss
     matters within the independent counsel's prosecutorial
     jurisdiction without conducting an investigation or at any
     subsequent time before prosecution.
