Section 7307 - Out-of-state convict made goods

     § 7307.  Out-of-state convict made goods.
        A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree if
     he sells or exchanges on the open market any goods, wares or
     merchandise prepared, wholly or in part, or manufactured by
     convicts or prisoners of other states, except convicts or
     prisoners on parole or probation.
