3712.1 - Restitution of property owners.

     § 3712.1.  Restitution of property owners.
        Any person who abandons a vehicle on private property may be
     ordered to pay restitution for any damages sustained by the
     owner or other person in control or possession of the real
     property where the vehicle was abandoned.
     (Dec. 9, 2002, P.L.1278, No.152, eff. 60 days)

        2002 Amendment.  Act 152 added section 3712.1.
