302 - Removal of commissioner.

     § 302.  Removal of commissioner.
        The Governor, by and with the consent of two-thirds of all of
     the members of the Senate, shall remove from office any
     commissioner who violates the provision of section 301(b)
     (relating to establishment, members, qualifications and
     chairman) requiring commissioners to devote full time to their
     official duties and may remove any commissioner for
     inefficiency, neglect of duty or misconduct in office, giving
     him a copy of the charges against him, and affording him an
     opportunity to be publicly heard in person or by counsel in his
     own defense upon not less than ten days notice. If the
     commissioner is removed, the Governor shall file with the
     Department of State a complete statement of all charges made
     against the commissioner and his finding thereon, together with
     a complete record of the proceedings.
